Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Pex does not gather any personally-identifying information.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

No Personally-Identifying Information is transmitted to external locations when using Pex.

Pex transmits non-personally identifiable information such as device type, operating system version, and some usage data to our servers. This is used in aggregate to help facilitate development decisions.

3rd Party Data

If you have not purchased Pex Premium, Pex may display advertisements within the application. These are managed by Unity’s UnityAds system. I have configured my advertising to minimize the privacy considerations often inherent with advertising. I don’t show personalized ads within the app. Additionally, I have disabled all of Unity’s user tracking and analytics capabilities for ads shown within Pex. Apple Services

While playing Pex, the application may send data about your gameplay to Apple Services, including to: 1) Game Center: for progress, achievements, and leaderboards, and 2) iCloud: for saving game progress between your devices.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Coofdy Labs website cookies identify and track visitors, their usage of the Coofdy Labs website, and their website access preferences. The Coofdy Labs website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Coofdy Labs’s websites.
